Common questions
Are partners and affiliates different?
Same commission rate (10%), different relationship. Affiliates share a link. Partners physically create the trial — that’s what unlocks the partner dashboard, partner seats, and the trial-creation flow.
What if a client replaces me?
You keep the referral commission. The client can change partners on their side; the original referral attribution is sticky to the org you set up.
How do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly via PayPal once your account is approved and a tax form is on file. Statements with line-item attribution surface in your partner dashboard.
Can my whole team manage clients?
Yes. Your agency’s Evident org has its own users, and you control which team members have access to which client seats.
